The Twelve Days of Revolution

On the first day of revolution, ask just 1 homeless person if there is something you can help with

On the second day of revolution, enjoy a homecooked meal with loved ones and enjoy each other’s company—no phones—for an evening

On the third day of revolution, enjoy mother nature for at least 3 minutes and 33 seconds

On the fourth day of revolution, have patience with someone (without being a pushover) because we’re all in this together ~clap~

On the fifth day of revolution, pick a habit that no longer serves you to surrender on day nine

On the sixth day of revolution, post on social media about the common ground you have with your political “enemy”

On the seventh day of revolution, meditate for at least 6 minutes and 17 seconds

On the eighth day of revolution, treat yourself or someone else (sharing joy is always caring)

On the ninth day of revolution, surrender a habit that no longer serves you for just today

On the tenth day of revolution, share your pain with a loved one or even the world

On the eleventh day of revolution, do one action or activity that heals you

On the twelfth day of revolution, be the revolutionary you want to see in the world
